- [Not WL] TPB: from what I've been told, the attrition from the first year can be as high as 50%, but it's something that somewhat depends on the cohort; however, it does seem to be going down for the last couple of years. It's a bit of a gamble to put up your own money for this, but if it's clearly your best option it might be worth it. You should definitely talk about this with your advisors and not random people on an anonymous forum tho. Good luck!
