- Ignore waitlist. I saw some Political Science activity a few weeks ago. I emailed Holly (political science coordinator) on Monday enquiring about decision notification date and she informed me Political Science will hear back by Friday 9th. I also sent a generic email to GSAS admissions office and they informed me 'they could not give an exact date'. From this, it seems best to contact a specific person within the department for information. This probably applies to all departments. I hope this helps someone. Good luck everyone!
