I would have rejected the offer anyways as the program isn't strong within my research area (Power and energy systems) coupled with the fact that I got an offer elsewhere and with the most generous funding that exists on this planet. Looooooooool. Anyways, best of luck to those who got in. 6 IEEE Journals, 2 IEEE Conferences published as at the time of application.
