- I left a voice mail and email to the mechanical engineering department asking about my application status around March 7. One of the MechE advisors called me on March 25 to inform me that I am accepted. She told me that my status would update on the website in few weeks, but it has not been updated yet. I received an email saying “create your NETID†on March 26. On April 6, I received the acceptance letter in my email, and it was dated March 24. So it might take some time, be patient. Good Luck.
