- TPB: Re OSU, first year funding comes from fellowships which have already been decided and offered. I received one (26k first year) but am declining the offer tomorrow (need to double check something at the school I'm accepting first). Maybe they'll have it trickle down to wait list offers, no idea how it works. For the Duke poster, if you didn't get interviewed off the wait list it's very unlikely you'll get an offer. If you did, I was told it'll likely come down to the 15th. I'll be declining my waitlist spot (I was interviewed) tomorrow as well.
