- Notes
- I had a hard time submitting official transcripts for this program. The director was extremely helpful and friendly, but once all my materials were submitted, there was radio silence from the department. Today I received an email saying that all Ph.D. offers had already been made, which makes me wonder why I wasn't notified sooner; I have an offer from a program where the chance of getting fully funded eroded each day I waited to see if Rutgers would update my application... Good luck to those who were admitted! 1a/0w/6r/4p
