- (Not actual waitlist) I applied to the soc phd (GSAS) and got rejected same day as everyone. This morning, I got an email inviting me to apply to Master's in XE: experimental humanities and social engagement. "You were selected to receive this invitation bc profile suggests you would be a good fit for our program...simply send the new statement of purpose w/name and ID" & then at the bottom, it mentions that 30% of tuition is covered & there's an invitation for an open house. Did anyone else get this email? I explicitly checked the box to not be considered for the Quant master's (tho I know that's on pause rn anyway). Wondering if they sent this out to all rejectees or not. Thanks.
