- PhD programs that still didn't release their results... what the h*ck are you doing? Honestly, schools should feel ashamed at this point if they didn't release their results. You are being too indecisive or being too lazy. At least send out the obvious rejects and waitlist people if you are not sure if you can accept or not. You know students need a chance to make their choice you know. At this COVID is just a lazy excuse for being late, it's not like writing something it's just a yes or no question.
