- received an email from a professor saying that my application was much likely to be admitted but cannot yet to be accommodated. The professor claimed that they are likely to make additional offers between April 1st and April 15th. Since I already accepted an offer from another school I informed the professor that I was no longer interested in being considered for the PhD program at Columbia.
