- To the poster below: Thanks very much :) I emailed them when I initially received my offer (on 1 March), and was told that in respect of the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship and the Law, Governance and Economics scholarship, that they expected the process to be finalised mid-March and then to communicate the results to applicants. I have not heard back yet. When did you ask them about the Holland Scholarship? I am wondering whether I should send a follow up email, though I think it is perhaps too early to do so.
