- I feel like I want a refund for the application fee. I feel so robbed!!! 🤪 "We regret to inform you that, because the funding available to support new students was limited, the difficult decision was made not to accept any incoming Ph.D. students for the 2021-22 academic year. Although the number of students we are able to accept in a given year is always small compared to the number of applicants, this year we would not have been able to support a sufficient number to maintain a substantial incoming cohort."
