- TPB: I don't think they've done it simultaneously. I think obviously it was a much smaller number of people that applied for the combined programme compared to the standalone MPhil, so they probably sent off the acceptances for the MPhil/DPhil yesterday and put everyone else into the standalone MPhil cohort. I think some MPhil/DPhil applicants will get the MPhil offer only, and some others possibly rejected, but seems like no rejections at all have gone out yet. Has your MPhil/DPhil application moved to MPhil only? My application did and shows only MPhil, with a note at the bottom of application details in the self-service saying that this has been done on request of the academic department.
