- What a troll email. It starts out: "Your application for admission to the Ph.D. Program in the Department of Economics at Boston University has been favorably reviewed" before saying "At the present time, however, we are unable to extend to you an offer of admission for Fall 2021, but we remain very interested and have placed you on our waiting list" yeah okay that was a wild 2 second emotional journey. At least it's a WL and not a Reject. Might email them and ask about wait list size and stuff.
