- (Not interview) Honestly so frustrating the schools do not explicitly tell about the policies that literally make applying to them almost pointless. I did not know about either the huge cut on Harvard's cohort or the absence of funding in UPenn. How do I know this without having any fellow faculty members there or just randomly getting the info? They could have posted it on the website and in the application form, but that's too much work for them apparently
