- To U: So I received an email from a faculty member on the imaging track. Since I don't give a shit, I am just gonna name him Xingde Li. He said he'd like to talk to me about my research interests and so on. So we chatted over Zoom. I feel like we have a good conversation, but I don't know. Eventually, I knew that I did not get the interview invite, so I emailed him asking when the committee will send out all the interviews. He got back to me and said "I didn't see any formal decision for interview sent out yet", which is a lie since I know someone else already got an email. So yeah I'd say this is a snub.
