Official acceptance, was contacted by email with an acceptance a week ago from the department. Barely enough funding. No research experience. Female. From a small public university where we don't have a Ph.D program. I will probably accept this offer since this is the only school out of the 5 where I got accepted (the other three being Stanford, Berkeley, Princeton and Brown, all denied). Thank God for this backup school.
