- Folks - let's be honest to ourselves. The acceptance rate of tier-1 MS programs like MSCS and MSML are around 6% - 8%, and will likely be lower this year due to the increase of applicants. I'd say at least 30% of the applicants think they can get in, but we need to ask ourselves - are we really the top 6%?
