- Hi, I applied to the PHD program in Social Policy, and I am waiting for the decision. Earlier today I received a weird message that my application remained incomplete until the final PHD deadline of Jan 4th, and therefore my application will not be reviewed this year. I emailed them back that my application was complete by the application deadline and I am still waiting for their reply. Did anyone receive a similar message? I am afraid that my application was deemed "incomplete" by mistake and was not reviewed. I believe that this is the case as I can see here that decisions regarding this program were sent five days ago.
