Applied to ML and LTI. Interviewed by profs in LTI mid Jan (thought it went well—they were definitely nice). Rejected by LTI a few days ago and ML today. 3.97gpa dual degree math and CS in top 20 US university. GRE 169Q, 166V, 5.0A. Research, papers, posters, Google/Microsoft internships, national research scholarships. What can I say—crazy year for AI/ML admissions. Congrats to those who got in and good luck to the rest to find a good fit somewhere else.
