- CMU Profs are really thinking whom to reject and whom to accept. For example, if they accept all the top students (who have offers from MIT, Stanford, UW) then almost none will enrol. But they also don't want to give admit to average-good students because why? No one wants a good student and they are CMU so they want only the BEST. Fun fact: LTI doesn't have a waiting list. So if only 20 students enrolled in the program out of 70 offered, they don't fucking care LOL.
