- TTPB: I do think, based on my own sleuthing, that the post-interview acceptance rate is just below 50%, though your numbers and assumptions are a bit off. For starters, in order to fill 14 spots, Cornell has to accept about twice that number, given that the historical yield rate for Cornell IS has hovered around 50%. This indicates that one can't use the "acceptance to posted acceptance" ratio (your step 1) to approximate the "interview to posted interview invite" (step 2) — the explanation for this is that an applicant is probably more inclined to post about an acceptance than about an interview.
