- Organic subdivision 3 years of research experience no pubs 1 year of industry work. This one stings my second time applying. I live in Madison and got a job in a UW affiliated lab, put a lot of time revising SOP and other application materials. I really thought I'd get in this time feels bad man. Received the same exact rejection email as last year makes me doubt they "gave careful consideration" to my application
