- It was an informal interview with a faculty who holds an NSF grant. I was reached out last week telling me that they would like to work with me if I am accepted to the program. It was a long conversation, almost two hours. Not sure what's going to happen. UW is my top choice; my hope is up right now and I am afraid of thing doesn't work out. I am afraid this school is too big for me to handle. I'm already accepted at three other smaller universities (top 200) with funding packages. Now I am waiting for the UW admission result and I know this is going to ruin my sleep at night.
