- TTPB: As some EE applicant in another POST said, the school is trying to send out all final decisions by 8th of July. Technically, there is still a gleam of hope, but at this point we all know what the whole deal about those late notifications was, a selfish scheme. It is up to you to decide what to do with your offer, but I guess most of us won't be too inclined to pay that much for online classes (USC recently officially announced they are changing courses and are not going to reopen for this fall), especially if it is not even guaranteed that you will get on campus for Spring 2021 . 57k new cases in one day. This is not a second wave, it is just getting started.
