- I did say not to read between the lines XD But there is a probability. Also, waitlist letter is so vague and the lack of clarity of it, one cannot determine the outcome. Some say waitlist is a spring admit and there are other rumours like USC doesn't even maintain a waitlist. I have spent the past couple of weeks researching about it and there are wild waitlist stories. In the end, the outcome has the same probability as the toss of a coin. You got to wait through it...no one knows anything. For me closure was accepting the defeat and keeping hopes all time low. I have one weakness in my profile that can be a deal-breaker. If you have some weak points in your profile, ask yourself, Is USC willing to ruin their stats just for you? If the answer No, you know very well whether to wait or not. In the end have strength fellow, I know it is difficult but we can't do anything. Best of Luck ;)
