- After being rejected from another 8 graduate programs in California, and after literally losing all hope, this acceptance letter came through today, roughly 3 weeks after the April 15th deadline! They took longer this year due to the COVID-19 situation.. I guess the moral of the story is to (sometimes!) not give up on your hopes and dreams, for they might come true after all (even if it takes a little longer)!
