- 5yrs SWE, 2yrs data engineer, 4+ yrs data-related startup founder (backed by VCs), current CTO at other startup, BS in CS from outside, MS in SWE from California (GPA 3.7), one journal author, recommendations from current data scientist at Amazon, Google. SOP focused on data visualization. It was too long to see the rejection. Was not expect to admit and I already have admission at Parsons and Pratt. I think data science is not fit for me. Good luck other guys!
