- Offered me MS program saying that no PhD position and I didn't take it. However, the PI just emailed me yesterday and have a quick interview within 40 min. Then I checked the portal today and found the offer has been revised as PhD program with full-tuition award. Stipend has also been provided with the offer (¬34000 per year).
