- Offer conditional on getting a First (>70%). Have 3 research project experiences (2 in hep-th and one in optical theory) and a coauthored paper in review (optical theory). bad/okay grades in Years 1 & 2 (~65%) but then an 83% average in Term 1 of Year 3. Basically not all hope is lost if you get bad grades earlier in your degree! (wish someone told me this while I applied)
