- I really don't know how it is possible, but I have seen people getting into UofA with much weaker profile this year itself. After seeing so many people being rejected, I am also sure that my rejection is on its way. I had interview with my POI and it went quite well. However, my classmates who had no interview, much lesser GPA and no good publication got admission. UofA was one of my safe choices and I am feeling that their admission system is not very neutral, at least in this year. Sorry for the opinion :) Thanks.
