- Pretty blunt email. Even got rejected after doing summer research from the summer before. Just comes to show connections aren't everything. Still got acceptances to Boise State, Santa Cruz, Cornell, and UMich ME. Doesn't even matter that they rejected me I'll still be going there for ME.
