- Got the admit on 10th! Applied for computer security track. I'm asked to pay $4,000 by 24th. I already have admits from CMU, UCL, NYU, and USC. Really confused now! All the best to others! Following are the first two paragraph of the email: We are pleased to inform you that you have been recommended for admission to Columbia University's MS program in Computer Science. You have every reason to be proud of this accomplishment. The admissions process was very competitive; you were selected amongst the most talented individuals from prestigious institutions all over the world. After receiving this email, I got my admit letter in 1.5 hour!
