UCLA should be ashamed of their ineptitude; it is tantamount to fraud to accept these application payments and to not process the application and/or inform the applicants. The process is nebulous enough without so called "prestigious" schools like UCLA screwing over applicants. For future potential applicants, a word of advice, do not waste your money applying here.
