- TTPB: Yes. First the chair of the department sent me a recommendation letter that said that they had recommended me for the program, and that the final decision was going to be made by the GPS in the coming weeks. Two days later I got the offer of admission. Previous to that my tutor had told he had recommended my application to the civil eng. department, and prior to that I had an interview with my prospect tutor to see if I was interested in the research he was conducting and if I could fit in his team. And I think that was pretty much it. It was pretty quick since the first contact, I think it was just a matter of a month.
