- To the one who asked about MILA: It is obvious that MILA is a great research community that has many world-renowned members in the field of RL such as prof. Doina Precup. However, it can not be considered as a Reinforcement Learning research group because, due to the information given on their website, their main focus is on applications of deep learning. Hence, I believe that it is not right to compare these two research groups with each other in the base of which one is the best RL group.
