- My acceptance letter said that the program offering me admission is the "Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) - CALS - Economics". Does this mean it's acceptance to pure econ or agri econ? Can someone clarify this for me? I had applied to both programs. On their website it says "the PhD program in economics is offered jointly by the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and the Department of Economics in the Poole College of Management (PCOM)".
