- Honestly, it's insulting to offer a $12,000 scholarship to a program with a $60,000 tuition bill plus an estimated $30,000 in living expenses. Lowkey this program is a scam to make money for the university and allow those who are qualified and well off to buy their way into a degree from a respectable school. Suffice to say, I will definitely not be accepting due to an offer from a fully funded, equally prestigious PhD program.
