- Applied/accepted to part-time MechE MEng. Almost 10 years out of undergrad and was worried that that would be a detriment since they advise no more than 5-7 years spacing (though 9 of those years have been working in the field). Wasn't in a confident enough place to go to grad school straight out of undergrad, but am in the right place now. Only program I applied to (only program that would allow me to keep working full-time at my current employer), so happy I got in! Good luck to all the other applicants :)
