- As an applicant, I have a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in applied social science; 3.5 GPA in both degrees. GRE: 168v; 150q; 5.0aw. 18 months of ethnographic research experience and 8+ years international work experience in my geographic area of research. I was never asked to interview. On March 10th, I received an email to check the portal and I found a polite, generic rejection letter. No information about or referral to the stand-alone Master's degree in anthropology in the department.
