- Upenn is the only school out of the many that I applied, who asks for an official transcript prior to the admission. I attended college abroad, so I paid $300 + for the WES service for the undergrad transcript verification, not to mention all other hassles. Just a heads up for everyone that, if you want to apply to UPenn, make sure this is what you want / there's a great chance you'll get in. Otherwise it's just a waste of time and money if we're not accepted. Overall it was not a very positive experience communicating with UPenn's administration.
