- Despite me attempting to contact the French department SEVERAL times (calls, emails to various professors, etc.), no one acknowledged my request to include an updated resume with the complete grades from my master's degree to my already submitted application. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism from this department, which therefore failed to even conduct a comprehensive analysis of my grades, as only some of the grades from my master's degree were available upon the initial submission of my application. All I can say it's a big loss for them - and a reflection of how they run their department.
