The other guys were right—this "second call" is just a way to let you know that you are accepted. Sweet way to do that. Formal letter with funding info to follow. The formal name of this program is "PhD in Media Studies" at SOJC, UO. Kinda a good way to start my day since my result pool hasn't changed for two weeks except for a wait list. Good luck to all.
