- To international students asking below: it is not only for American applicants. I did receive a call offering acceptance and full-funding yesterday. They stressed that these were recommendations for admission, but since they have already assigned places in the waiting list, I do not think another wave of acceptance will follow. However, the notification process could well take a couple of days, hence today you may get a call.
