- TTPB: I'm not the person who just posted, but the PI who called me told me that they were sending out offers to their top applicants first by phone and then email (those who are receiving larger fellowships and the such). They said that they would also start sending out normal offers shortly after, however, a UCLA student recently mentioned that they have been backlogged, so I don't know when you should hear a response (though I would expect that it would be within a week or so).
