- The rejection letter told me "Your application for admission to the Chemistry (Ph.D.) program at Colorado State University has been carefully reviewed. After much consideration, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you a place during the Fall 2020 semester for the following reasons: â— Limitations on enrollment" I had 2 summer internship, 2 part-time research traineeships of 6-8 months each and ongoing Master's Dissertation. Four Strong LORs. Probably, being an international student lack of fund maybe... or too many applications. One position in the USA secured. Little Disappointed, but waiting for a better day.
