- Replying to the poster: "Is anyone else having issues with their UTSA ASAP application summary showing their status as incomplete? I'm getting concerned and literally phoned/emailed every point of contact I could with no response and it's starting to freak me out." UTSA wants every applicant to submit an FCSA Evaluation of the transcripts. If you can get your transcripts evaluated as instructed by the Graduate School and send/upload an evaluation document to the Graduate Admissions, your applications will be complete.
