- Ahhhh sorry for the confusion. I posted a copypasta from a different forum because so many people were being rejected by MIT; it was not meant as a serious response. However, I was indeed rejected and posted the correct GPA and GRE scores for record keeping so people could see that it is not academics or awards alone which determine admission. What you said is very true, and I agree with the statements you made (thanks for the well wishes). Best of luck to everybody for admissions!
