- I am not even sure that they looked into the profiles carefully. They basically moved the file "in review" a couple of days back and then sent out the rejecting. I am just surprised with the way admissions was handled. And surprising thing is CS at McGill is not even amongst the best in Canada (UoT, UBC, Waterloo, UofA and Simon Fraser are better). Have already accepted offer from UT Austin, and will be heading there. The only reason I applied was because the facebook AI lab but I have heard they are not even accepting new students.
