- to the Mechanical poster below: I applied early Jan and haven't heard back either. Was invited to interview too (it went very well imo). It looks like historically NEU is TERRIBLE with getting back to students in time. I do know that a lot of offers for ME PhD's have been sent out already, but I wouldn't be surprised if you still had a decent shot at an acceptance. I haven't called them since April 10th, but every time I did I just got a runaround and no real answer as to a timeline.
