- Program director called me on Friday and I received my official letter/saw portal changes a few hours later. After three application cycles, 14 applications, and 12 rejections, I am FINALLY going to my dream program! Thank you, thank you, thank you to whoever declined this offer, as I was originally waitlisted. Ecstatic doesn't even begin to cover it. I sobbed on the phone. No shame. Stats: 3 years of research/work experience, 8 publications (2 first author), 4.00 MPH GPA, strong but not world stopping GREs.
